Quality Policy
In AXIA SERVICIOS the objective that guides us and motivates us is the total satisfaction of the customer and other interested parties. To achieve this, we consider that the path is the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System through the improvement of the effectiveness of own and subcontracted processes.
We are aware of the impacts of our sector on the environment, such as the consumption of metals and other raw materials, electricity (and its consequent greenhouse gas emissions) and the generation of waste, some of them dangerous for the environment.
Under this commitment, we adopt the obligation to comply with all legal, regulatory and customer requirements applicable to our logistics, engineering and container maintenance activities, as well as those necessary for the continuous improvement of the management system.
Involved all personnel in the achievement of these objectives, we will provide the necessary technical, material and human resources.
We will establish control processes focussed on the detection, evaluation and approach of the risks and opportunities of our processes through a Quality Management system based on the UNE EN ISO 9001 standard, which allows us to recognize, detect and study the causes of non-conformities and solve or minimize them through improvement actions and guaranteeing the privacy that the client requires of us.
We have specific annual improvement objectives, which will be monitored periodically by the Management.
Communication will be channelled so that all the staff of our company know the policy, objectives and importance of the management system implemented to ensure its correct interpretation.
AXIA SERVICIOS makes this policy public for its knowledge and dissemination, expressing the commitment to communicate it and make it understood, and to establish and review the Quality objectives for its continuous improvement.
